By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription or service, or using What's Next, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Services
What's Next provides guided job search tools, career planning resources, application organization, resume and profile support, outreach tools, and related career services. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, offers, compensation, employer responses, or hiring outcomes.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful job search, career development, and professional networking purposes.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, digital products, career services, and platform purchases are billed according to the plan or offer selected at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method provided.
5. Refunds and Final Sale Policy
All paid sales are final and non-refundable. By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing any paid service, you acknowledge and agree that fees already paid will not be refunded, prorated, credited, or transferred except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future renewal charges according to the cancellation process available through the platform or payment provider. It does not create a refund for fees already paid.
6. User Content
You may provide resumes, career history, job preferences, messages, notes, and related materials. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant What's Next permission to use it as needed to provide and improve the services you request.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use the platform to spam employers, recruiters, or other third parties.
8. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update the platform, pricing, features, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
