These Terms govern your use of What's Next and its career-service membership. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Contact hello@yourwhatnext.com with questions.

The service

What's Next helps organize your job search through professional-profile intake, vacancy research, hiring-contact research, outreach preparation, application tracking and interview-related updates. Available features depend on your account and the services currently offered. We do not guarantee a job, interview, hiring decision, recruiter response or specific result.

Your account and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized account access. You are responsible for the information and materials you provide and must have the right to share them. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, unauthorized data collection or attempts to interfere with another person's account or the website.

Monthly membership and billing

The membership costs US $299 per month and is billed monthly. When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the disclosed monthly charge until you cancel. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed during checkout. Creating an account alone does not authorize an undisclosed payment or cause outreach to be sent. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies to a renewal.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Use the cancellation option supplied with your billing account or email hello@yourwhatnext.com from your account email address before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for a violation of these Terms. Withdrawing outreach authorization and canceling a subscription are separate actions.

Nonrefundable payments

Membership fees are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not provide partial-period refunds for unused time, early cancellation or a change in your job-search plans. See our Refund Policy for details and billing-error assistance.

Professional materials and outreach

You retain ownership of your resume and other materials. You give us permission to process and use them as needed to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy and your outreach instructions. Review your information for accuracy. Outreach on your behalf requires authorization and approval; you can withdraw future authorization in your dashboard.

Third parties, availability and responsibility

Employers and other third parties make their own decisions and operate under their own terms. Service availability can be affected by maintenance, outages and third-party systems. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or create a security risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party hiring decisions or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
