All Sales Are Final
All purchases, subscriptions, digital products, career services, coaching services, and platform fees paid to What's Next are final sale and non-refundable.
Agreement at Signup and Purchase
By creating an account, signing up, subscribing, purchasing, or submitting payment, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that all paid sales are final and non-refundable.
Subscription Access
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation will stop future renewal charges according to the cancellation process available through the platform or payment provider. Fees already paid are not refunded, prorated, credited, or transferred.
Digital and Career Services
Because our services may include immediate access to digital tools, career materials, guidance, templates, profile support, outreach resources, and other work product, paid services are not eligible for refunds once purchased.
Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, we will follow the applicable legal requirement.
