1. Introduction

“What Next?” is a service by [Your Company Name] that assists executives in identifying and securing new job opportunities through targeted contact research and outreach services.

2. Services Provided

We offer two fixed packages that include:

• Contact research (150 or 300 depending on plan)
• LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
• Performance updates

We do not guarantee interviews or job offers, only qualified outreach and introductions.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are upfront. Due to the manual and non-reversible nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once the campaign has started.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their career
• Respond to potential opportunities in a timely manner
• Review and approve outreach messaging if needed

5. Confidentiality

All personal and professional information shared with us will remain confidential and will only be used for the purposes of the campaign.

6. Liability

“What Next?” shall not be held liable for the outcome of job applications, interviews, or hiring decisions made by third parties.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client is found to be violating terms, using misleading information, or engaging in abusive behavior.
